The Parenting Engagement Program supports families experiencing challenges with parenting. With the support of our Parenting Engagement Officer, mentors help families learn new parenting strategies and skills. We work with families to understand their goals and needs in order to develop a tailored plan, and match them with a mentor who engages with them in a supportive way. Mentors are there for the family to:

• Listen to their parenting concerns and needs
• Help build parenting skills and develop strategies to manage and resolve conflicts
• Create community connections.
