Family case management
Our case management team supports families and individuals in the wider Belconnen and Gungahlin regions. Through case management, we:
- Provide information and advocacy
- Work collaboratively to explore options
- Provide practical assistance to help people experiencing a range of challenges
We support people to develop confidence and community connections and empower them to access other supports they may need now, and in the future.
You can be referred to us by another service provider, a family member, a friend, or you can refer yourself by completing the UCK IFSS Referral Form below and emailing it to us at familysupportservices@kippax.org.au.

Connect and Grow assists families experiencing challenges with parenting and those wanting more options in their parenting choices. In our supportive groups, you can learn new parenting approaches, strategies and skills, and connect with other parents experiencing similar challenges. We welcome parents and caregivers including those with shared and non-custodial arrangements. We are open to all community members as well as to families engaged with other UnitingCare Kippax programs.

- Would like to feel more confident about parenting
- Are feeling isolated
- Would like to be more connected with your child, tuned in to their needs, and know how to respond to them
- Want to increase your parenting/support networks.
