SPARK
First established in 2016 by the Ginninderry Joint Venture, SPARK Training and Employment is a unique initiative that was born out of Ginninderry’s commitment to improving the education, social, and economic outcomes of the Capital Region community.
SPARK partners with Registered Training Organisations, non-government organisations, and employers to deliver a range of engagement, training and employment initiatives designed to help people take the next step in life. Programs are particularly for people who are disconnected from the labour market.
SPARK delivers programs across the capital region in a range of industries, including: Construction, Early Childhood Education and Care, Disability Support, Information Technology, Civil Construction and Conservation Land Management. Each program has a dedicated SPARK Relationship Manager who journeys alongside each participant providing ongoing support before, during and after the completion of programs.
