For many of you, it’s back to work and business as usual. For others I hope you’re enjoying the sunshine with family and friends.
This Sunday, January 11 Hannah will be leading the 9.30 service, where we will explore the early years of Jesus’ life, focusing on the baptism of Jesus. You may get wet!
Holiday Happenings is on again for Primary School aged children, on Thursdays January 22 and 29 from 10am til 2pm. to register your child, please call the office on 6254 1733. If you would like to volunteer your time, the clipboards will be circulating this Sunday, or you can call Chris Ellis on 6254 0262.
February 1 is our annual Transition Sunday. This is the time when we recognise and celebrate milestones, as children and young people start a new school year. If you have a child, grandchild or friend who is starting pre-school, kindergarten, High School, College or Uni, or changing schools this year, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can invite them along and provide a gift for them.
A reminder that service times will continue at 9.30am on Sundays until January 25, when our normal three service times will resume – 8.30am, 9.45am and 10.30am.
Coming up – Death Café, Sunday February 15, 5-7pm at KUCC. The death café is a small, friendly and informal gathering in a relaxed café environment to discuss death in order to lead a fuller life.
